Ultra Low Volume Fogging Equipment

ULV Fogging Machine

BCS Fogging Solution is specifically designed for use against extensive mold or bacteria infestation that requires control through rapid and effective treatment. Once activated through a Cold Fogging Machine, the vapor’s of BCS  Fogging liquid disperses rapidly into hard to reach zones killing mold and bacteria. It can also be applied inside air conditioning systems to control mold within ductwork.

Cold Fogging is a means of applying disinfectants, biocides, fungicides, germicides and deodorizers.

ULV Fogging Machine

Pathogenic microbes such as virus, fungi and pathogenic bacteria are the main cause of airborne or direct contact diseases affecting humans. Studies show the application of disinfectants and biocides via aerosol or cold fogging devices significantly reduce the number of viable infectious pathogens. Foggers produce micro droplets that float in the air for around 10 minutes after application, reaching the most inaccessible parts where conventional cleaning or spraying can’t reach.

Fogging the Ductwork

In large HVAC systems, where airflow is distributed via ductwork and passes through Air Handling Units (AHU), “fogging” is the quickest and most efficient way to cover 100% of air ducts and indoor areas.

Highest efficiency is achieved by using Intelligrance Coil Cleaner delivered by ULV-fogging machine, set to the smallest droplet size possible (to avoid soaking of indoor surfaces). Intelligrance Coil Cleaner Is Thus Applied To

  • Inside surfaces of AHU room
  • Inside surfaces of the AHU itself (while the AHU is turned off)
  • On pre-filters/filters or blowers while the AHU is in operation*

Since airducts connect all rooms in the building, aerosolized Intelligrance Coil Cleaner will be distributed by the HVAC system through the ductwork and circulate in the airflow, covering all areas

  • Treating all indoor areas, air and surfaces.
  • Treating AHU filters, preventing any “goo” forming on them and extending their working life.
  • Removing all pathogens in the AHU room, inside the AHU, the ductwork and all indoor areas.
  • Liquid Intelligrance Coil Cleaner is effective when used in water drainage systems, as it stops bacterial buildup and prevents blockages and clogging of the drainage pipes.

With a range of products available, Intelligrance is the answer to improving your indoor environment.

Contamination in Hvac Systems

Many studies have proven that the heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVACsystems can become contaminated with organic pollutants, bacteria, and fungi, as well as by particulate matter derived from mice, insects, and nematodes.

Since the ducting systems confect’s all rooms in the building, if building’s central HVAC system is contaminated, bacteria will continue to grow in the ductwork and circulate in the airflow, spreading to every area.

If you have your HVAC system regularly maintained, this is no guarantee of preventing future outbreaks. One good example of this is Cruise Ships!

What is Monkeypox?

Monkeypox is a rare disease that is caused by infection with monkeypox virus. Monkeypox virus belongs to the Orthopoxvirus genus in the family Poxviridae. The Orthopoxvirus genus also includes variola virus (which causes smallpox), vaccinia virus (used in the smallpox vaccine), and cowpox virus.

The Good News

Both monkeypox virus and smallpox virus have been demonstrated in clinical studies to be “significantly” sensitive to various forms of antimicrobial silver.

The study was conducted in conjunction with the Applied Biotechnology Branch, Human Effectiveness Directorate of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio. The study’s authors concluded:

“These results demonstrate that silver-based nanoparticles of approximately 10 nm inhibit Monkey Pox Virus infection in vitro, supporting their potential use as an anti-viral therapeutic.”
