Blast Hole Lasers For Gold, Platinum And Diamond Mines

Blasthole 3D Marker
Laser Projectors For Mining

Mine Blasting Holes

The Laser Projector for Mining is designed to project 3D laser markings onto the coalface for drilling blast-holes in exact accordance with the drawings. Using the system allows you to improve the efficiency and safety of drilling operations. The equipment can project the entire range of standard and non-standard schemes of blast-hole locations.

Advantages of Using 3D Lasers

  1. Cost Effective.
  2. One Man Operation.
  3. Save Time And Money.
  4. Laser Accurate Angles.
  5. No More “Offline”  Tunneling.

About Laser Projectors For Mining

We specialize in the supply of LED and laser guiding equipment for tunnels in the Coal, Gold, Platinum, Magnesium and Diamond mines.

The marking-off of tunnels ranging from 3m2 – 10m2 provide accurate drill hole indications which improve the hanging wall profile and also the tunnel advance. The end result is that the improved tunnels are the travelling ways and is safe for the workman.

BCA continues to introduce equipment into the Central Asian market. At this time we are integrating a multi-channel laser projection system that will make the work of miners easier and safer at the time of marking the mine face for laying explosive elements.

For Projection and Visual Verification

The projecting system allows displaying an explosive map, that is stored in the device, on the rock face of the producing mine, thereby helping the operator of the drilling machine to determine the correct positioning of the boreholes.

Exceptional Projection Accuracy

Project with accuracy of 0.25 mm (0.010 in.) at 4.6 m (15 ft.).

Applications and Uses

Rely on BCS Projectors for any assembly guidance or positioning need, especially in high-volume production. The aerospace and defense industries rely on the technology for composite part layup, system bracket placement, rib and stringer placement, paint templating and more. The automotive and heavy equipment industries use it for precision placement, weld locations, production line and robot station layouts and precision table applications, among others.
